We had one of the coolest days in Auto ever. Dennis Neverve and his crew brought over his front engine nostalgia dragster. All 5 classes got really familiar with the car. We pulled all the panels off and looked at everything! We popped the parachute. We filled the fuel tank. We even sat some students in it and took pics. At lunch time we lit it off. You've never seen so many people in the back lot watching. You've never seen so many squirrels run for cover. It was AWESOME. A 671 blower on a pumped up 350 Chevy, running on alcohol with open "zoomie" headers. Rattled the windows around the school...that's for sure!
